Ingredients
- 1 large fuji apple – unpeeled, cored and chopped into 4 pieces
- 1 small frozen banana – chopped
- 5 raw almonds or cashews
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like the Simply Truth Brand)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla)
- 1/4 finger of unpeeled ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions
- Add the milk and almonds or cashews and blend
- Add all other ingredients into your blender.
