Full Body Dumbbell Workout At Home

You can do a full body dumbbell workout at home with only two dumbbells. For this workout, use dumbbells heavy enough to make the last few reps difficult.

Dumbbells give you two advantages over your standard weight lifting workout; you can do it anywhere, no need to go to the gym. Plus, using dumbbells can be more effective than weight machines when it comes to building muscle and gaining strength. Using dumbbells forces your body to activate small stabilizer muscles. This increased activation of muscles helps you build more muscle and increases the calorie burn.

Equipment:

Two dumbbells

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Repeat entire workout three times.

Exercises:

CIRCUIT 1

12 Dumbbell Rows

12 Walking Lunges

12 Dumbbell Bench Press

60 sec Right Side Plank

Rest 1 minute

CIRCUIT 2
