- Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
- Water 2 to 3 glasses
- Honey 1 teaspoon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take good quality of cinnamon and prepare fine powder in Mixie
- In a container take 2 to 3 glasses of water and 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
- Mix well and allow it to boil
- When it starts boiling , slow down the heat and let it boil till half of the original quantity
- Strain it before drinking
- Drink it as hot cup of tea or coffee as last thing in night , before hitting the bed
